It's been awhile with no update -----

Construction set to begin next week. Just completed a full landscape/site plan that will seamlessly merge the indoor and outdoor spaces.

What 3D rendering software would you use to showcase to your clients?

    Revit 3D, Blender, Vray etc?

I forget what program these renderings were done in. It was a British program with a name similar to but not AutoCAD. An architect friend of mine did these for me... thankfully so I was able to save a few dollars on renderings. Otherwise they are very expensive to do.

What about the floor plans and the site plan? What program do you get those done in?

EXCITED TO FINALLY BREAK GROUND AND START THE CONSTRUCTION. AFTER 9 MONTHS OF CAREFULLY PLANNING ALL THE DETAILS, THE DESIGN HAS FINALLY COME TOGETHER, ALL THE ENGINEERING HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND ALL THE PERMITS ARE IN PLACE. NOW THE FUN BEGINS AS WE EXCAVATE AND PREPARE TO START THE FOUNDATION. THE WALLS OF THE FOUNDATION WILL BE 11' TALL ALLOWING US TO HAVE A 10' HIGH CEILINGS ONCE THE BUILD OUT IS COMPLETE. WITH CEILINGS THIS TALL THE LOWER LEVEL IS REALLY GOING TO EXCEPTIONAL.
