    looks nice ,
    kind of OT but I had a fire back in june in my bussiness . Prob would of only cost me less then 10 grand to fix and prob would of been back in bussiness in a month or so , right after the fire I was contacted by a fire chaser and he promised me close to million dollar settlement with insurance and what not , so I said either I get a brand new place or they will cash me out , fast forward 11months later , still no settlement , have since had to close the bussiness and get retain legal help now , point im making is . somtimes it better just to fix yourself instead of getting Insurance involved ..

    ehhh...legal issues SUCK! time consuming..stressful....and probably not worth it in the end.
