    Default FINALLY PURCHASED A HOME

Well after lookin at homes for past couple years trying to get a deal of the century in the messed up market finally got somthing. With the way market has gone up in our area roughly 10% each year . When we first started looking at home we were looking at under 2000 sq ft at around $150K price range , well fast forward Feb 2013 , I put an offer on a 2700 sq ft home listed at $297K offered $285K . Seller countered $295 I said I wont pay more then $290K lol . They accepted and I put deposit down , just spent $400 for home inspection and counter offered $280 after inspection . The countered 285 and here we are at my initial offer . Asked the wife if this is what she wants she said yes . And we just signed purchase agreement . Hoping to close within a month . Kind of hate to have to come out the pocket almost $65K but im hoping the housing market keeps rising and it goes well over $300K value . So this is pretty overwhelming at the moment , purchasing a $285K home at 36yrs old . LOLOL anyways heres some pics for now , cant wait to get the keys to make some changes as its move in ready but I prefer to add my own interior touches , would like to block off the whole backyard from all neighboring homes . and hopefully a pool in the next year or two unless we have kids in the meantime then that might postpone those plans which wouldnt be bad either . I think 2,700 sq ft and 4 bedrooms should be enough space for 2 ppl given we are coming from a 850 sq ft condo that we have lived in that last 4 yrs . what you guys think? hope u like it , I know its not the rich and famous lifestyle home but for me its more then I can ask for being I havent worked in 8 months and not sure when im going to start back working lol

This is what id like to have in my backyard

285K for that?! That's like a $400K+ house where I am at. I like it. Congratulations.

    Enjoy it!
