Congrats on the house! I really like that kitchen. Huge selling point of any home.

Gorgeous house, and for a first purchase that is fantastic. Actually, for any purchase, after any number of homes, I'd be proud to reside there.

Meanwhile, the rest of us SoCal guys are facepalming. Lol.

Thanks for positive vibes . Its kind of scary and exciting once papers are signed . After making a big purchase Im always skeptic about what can go wrong or break or whatnot . Im the type who thinks buy low /sell high , my wife is total oppisite . If she wants somthing she doesnt try to get a deal , she just pays what they ask . When buying a home you cant do that . Its so easy to get sucked up in this market and if you want somthing bad enough you will pay over what your initial plan was lol so this is probably why its took us so long . But im trying to get best bang for buck with a better chance of value going up also in a nice area so somtimes you cant win them all but I think I did ok. If your looking for the perfect home you either have to build to your own specs or pay more for somthing thats allready built . I wouldnt say I got a steal but got it about 5% less then asking , which is not a big deal really turns out like the seller is paying my closing costs when all said and done , doesnt really make the down payment much differnt . I would say fair martet price cannot speak for other states like mentioned . Probably would stayed renting if home prices were like that here lol
But will update soon as I make some moves here and there . Got hundreds of things going through my head from closing the back of property with trees all lined up against property line to what kind of hardware to use on the faucets .lol one thing at a time !!!

    Nice house. Congrats.

I would of been sold at the 3 car garage without seeing the rest of the house. LOL.

Property up here is expensive so that would be over a million depending on area.
