    Default New Project

Here's how you remove the first floor to make room a new addition while keeping the finished second floor in tact

    Just requires a little steel

Temporary walls supporting second floor while installing steel should be coming out today. Then you will really be able to see the scope of the new addition and why so much steel was needed. Will post more pics as it progresses

Is this your place or a flip/investment? Looks like you're definitely doing it right.

Here is a shot of the back of the house before renovation started. The new addition is taking the place of what used used to be a screened in porch. When completed it will be one of the biggest rooms on the first floor, half of the room extends into the exiting house and half outside of existing footprint. Along with this is numerous other interior renovations, inclusive of a completely new master bedroom, bathroom.
