Default Your drink of choice with your cigar??

Hey guys, I'm going to turn 21 in two weeks as of tomorrow and I was just wondering what your drink of choice is while smoking a cigar??? I'm looking for something around $50 a bottle, what do you guys normally like to drink aside with a cigar?!?

    Thanks!

I honestly don't have cigars often (ok, hardly ever) but when I do, my drink of choice would be a Cognac. Helps bring out the flavors when drinking it neat. In your price range I would recommend a Hennessy V.S.O.P, Remy Martin V.S.O.P, or Martell V.S.O.P.

For me it is a nice single malt, or bourbon.

Red wine with anything in the mild to medium range and an extra Stout beer with anything stronger.

I've always wanted to give Johnny Walker a try. Think the Red or Black label are pretty decent drinks??

All depends on your tastes. Personally, I do not much care for the Red or Black labels. I would go for more of a Glenfiddich, Maccallan, Glenmorangie. AMGFan would probably be able to better advise you on single malts as they are not my first preference...I am more of a bourbon guy.

Are you going out somewhere or just buying a bottle? If going out, order a couple different single malts to see what you like.

    Macallan 12 year
    Glenlivet 15 year
    Johnnie Walker double black
    Jameson 12 year
    Jack Daniels single barrel

These are all in the price range you mentioned $45-$60. Personally I like Jameson with ice.

    Or... Beer wise I like
    New castle
    Stella
    Mich Ultra

Hope your 21st is a good one.

    Kind of doing both.
Going to a smoking lounge and drinking a little with some buds, but then afterwards I wanted to buy myself a bottle too as a "yay I'm 21" kind of thing haha

and thanks everyone, I'm not looking for beer but I'll definitely check out the other drinks that you all have recommended.
