not a fun place to fly into right now. no fuel there, long holds, and a full ramp. i would hate to be PIC on one of these flights.
A bunch of gas powered italian, german, japanese, and american things with four wheels. On order is a bunch of the same, and previously I had a bunch of the same. Oh and I fly, tool around on boats, and have been known to ride motorcycles.

(MTPP) Update: The runway is reported to be in good condition the ATC Tower has been evacuated, the runway lights are working and there is no obvious damage to the Tarmac. No official reports on the status of the VOR and ILS.

I heard theres a huge effort of GA between most airports in the DR and Port-Au-Prince. My buddy is flying a 208 back and forth down there.
