Very nice! Two local shops have already prototyped exhausts for the new STIs, and it shouldn't be too long before Perrin mods their GT30/35R kits to fit.

It depends on what you have planned for the car, but from what I gather this is going to be your daily with some occasional track use so you probably don't need an AEM EMS standalone hehe.

I would stick with an AccessPORT; both Cobb and Perrin offer one, the difference in their programs is negligible.

Perrin claims that their software is unique from Cobb's, but they include Cobb's base maps with the Perrin tune, so it's a win-win either way.

A local shop already ran an '08 to a 10.79...

Also, I'm sure you have a good powdercoater lined up, but if not, these guys are both very good:

Great looking ride and will definitely fit your goals for a daily/track/etc... My cousin has an older STI, and they are a blast to drive on the track. The interior is much nicer in the new model. Enjoy!

Hmm tough call on the exhaust, the Perrin and the Cobb both sound good!
