3.75 mil for 9000 sq ft? that sounds cheap to me tbh.

One of the better houses I've seen posted on here!

Like someone mentioned, looks like a great party place, or a place for friends to freeload lol.

As for the urinal, I think that's awesome! I don't use urinals in public restrooms but in my own house, HELL YEAH!

$3.75M is far more reasonable for that kind of place over the $60M mentioned in the other thread. Let's be honest, this home would be big enough for you now wouldn't it - and more tasteful to.

The Ridges in Vegas have some AMAZING homes. Homes in the $2~$4M range there would easily be worth twice that in LA. Personally I love some of the modern "desert" designs and prefer to live out there than in LA.

    Here's a couple more listings:

    53 PAINTED FEATHER Way, Las Vegas, NV 89135 | MLS# 1132226

    4 SABLE RIDGE Ct, Las Vegas, NV 89135 | MLS# 1092999

    91 HAWK RIDGE Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135 | MLS# 1074501

On another note, the designer who did this house is Mark Tracy. I almost had him doing my pad, but ultimately passed. His site is Chemical Spaces - Mark Tracy's Residential and Commerical Design in Las Vegas , very talented guy.
