    Default Louis Vuitton

So this is what went through my mind today..

I am an avid LV collector, have numerous pieces. I am 21.

A couple other people here have collections worth noticing (Louis Mane) and others.

Now, Whenever i walk around and go through malls and what not, i notice stuff. I usually notice it, but being a collector i notice EVERYTHING.

I also notice how much Louis Vuitton is out there, and how much of it IS actually authentic. Now is it just me, or is it getting played out?

because before, Louis Vuitton was a brand where only the richest shopped, now it seems as everybody with a credit card can go and buy something to look the look.

Also, when i was younger and didnt know about Louis Vuitton, I never used to notice it because i never knew it even existed. Hell i probably would have said it looks so gay and stupid, who would pay 1k for checkered bag.. or 500 for a belt that looks like a chessboard :P

So my Bros, IS it the fact that once you reach the point where you have a lot of it, you notice the people that have it, or is it just played out and time to switch to another brand.. BUt what next? there really is no options, Hermes has the smallest variety of stuff, theres really nothing else like it...

Somewhere there are some old school big money women saying "Damn 21 year olds are sporting/collecting LV, that shit is played out."

Just buy what you like and what you think is personal quality don't worry about what everyone else is doing.

+1 buy what you like and can enjoy. Bought my first Pam 6 years ago when I had not even seen one in person, now I see them just about everyday... But I still love my Panerai's

I'm a Louis vuitton collector myself, and like you mentioned also I notice everything. What I do notice is that there is a lot of counterfeit out there which I don't understand the purpose.

While there's others who purchase it because of the actual liking of the brand and quality they offer.

Just keep wearing what you like, and put aside what other people look like.

Its funny, There was this girl in my elementary school that had a real Louis Vuitton purse, and I had no clue what it was back in the day. As I got older I realized her family is rich.

There's very few people here that have authentic LV stuff, a lot of fakes which pisses me off. If you can't afford something don't buy fakes, it just takes away from the people who can actually afford it.

I recently noticed I've got a small collection of wallets, a few coach, couple Guess, Burberry, eventually I want a LV!

    burberry you are correct.

can you believe 3 years ago i had no idea what Louis vuitton or gucci was?

    man...

but now, owning all authentic, i buy it for the quality, for the personal enjoyment, for the "short life we live"

either way, im going to sleep, have a good night bros

You've seen fakes posted on here? If you have you should call them out immediately.

I've owned two LV items, sunglasses and a wallet. Quality is meh but I love their designs. Way too overpriced for the quality you are getting IMO

Your probably not gonna find they're signature quality in a pair of their glasses or a small wallet. But the real difference in quality you notice in their bags and luggage.

I have bags that were made in the 90s and still in commission.
