I'm out on a warehouse production floor, so it's cargo pants or shorts, a t-shirt and sneakers.

My work gear is pretty flexible, if im meeting clients or have important meetings at the office its business casual with a sport coat, otherwise im rockin jeans, sweaters, and driving loafers FTW

+1 I am a pajamas and slippers guy myself (scrubs with Birkenstocks). As for color, well of course I have been wearing the "murdered look" scrubs/Birks since 2001. Fun to be your own boss.

Nice jeans, crispy white sneakers (Classic Ace Reeboks usually) and a vintage T if I don't have any meetings. If I do, a button down.

Boots, jeans, and a button-up. If I have an important meeting I switch the jeans out for slacks or wear a blazer.
