    Default Womens Purses

My wife's birthday is next month. As usual she has hinted at what she wants. She wants a purse called Coach Bag. About a month ago she dragged me into a store where there were purses costing in the $500 to $2000 range. I don't know what brand they were. I only paid attention to some of the prices.
Now she keeps using the name Coach Bag.
I thought I'd ask you guys because many have bought such things for their lady.

Are these things some kind of top quality purse? My wife is rough on stuff.
Why are they so much cheaper than Louis Vitton stuff?
Why are they so much cheaper on this website than I saw in the store?

I can't speak for purses but I have 2 coach wallets that are 4+ years old and are both in good condition still. My friend had a problem with one of his and they replaced it for him without any hassles.

A majority of their purses cost between $150-400 dollars, you're lucky your girlfriend wants coach instead of Louis Vuitton which can cost $1200+ for the same sized bags at coach

Coach is a pretty good brand. They are quality product at a good price. My girlfriend has a few of them and she likes them.

If you can, try to go to a Coach Outlet store. They usualy have good deals. I bought her one last week in special for $350 instead of $700.

Coach isn't in the same category as Louis Vuitton. Definitely a cheaper bag and you see a lot more of them around than LV's (probably due to the price). If you want to get your wife a nice purse and have a budget of $500-$2,000, you can get her into a Prada, LV, etc. But hey, if she likes a $300 Coach bag, you just saved a bunch of cash!

Just be careful and get a real Coach, not a made for the outlets Coach purse. There is a big difference in quality.

My wife has a few Coash purses and wallets. Good for the price, but definitealy not in the same league as LV, Prada, etc.

I don't know about the outlets near you but the outlet closest to me sells 95% of outlet made coach stuff. I agree the quality is not as good. I remember my ex asking one of the associates and she said they only get a few actual coach store items at a time and its usually out of season stuff nobody wants.

When i was looking for a new wallet i went into a coach outlet store my cousin recommended and pretty much all they had was made for coach stuff. If your wife specifically asked for coach get her coach. In my personal experience im not sure what is so spectacular about the brand, i think a majority of their products are made in china now and nothing is made in the usa anymore. IMO coach is just a name now.

Pretty much 2nd that. Have a Coach belt made in China that has poor leather, easily scuffed with fading of original color. Compared to my Ferragamo and Gucci belts, it's a far inferior product IMHO.

OP, be glad your girl is hitting you up for a Chanel bag, trust me it's not easy on the wallet.

I feel like coach is the starter designer bag you buy your teenage daughter. If you're over 16 you shouldn't buy your S/O a coach bag.

With that said: Goyard, LV, Prada are all good choices in the $2000 range.

Heck you should just skip Coach, LV, and Prada and just buy her a $17,000 Hermes Birkin bag....
