After visiting Healdsburg a few months back I became intreaged with the idea of a wine cave. The prefect place to hold a collection at the right temperture and all in style. I visited Bella, which is of course as a Russian River winery known for it's Pinot, and got to peruse their fairly expasive cave.

Looking into it further I found a cave builder by the name of Magorian Mine Services that does high-end extensive wine caves as well as smaller home projects. To build your own wine cave is quite the serious undertaking, but it's the ultimate wine luxury.

Anyone know of other good cave builders? Any others out there who specialize in wine caves?
