Thanks for your comment! He's actually being cared for in the comfort of his own home. Im over there every chance I get.

Their hospice care is great, and they can really help out for very low cost. They can give you a realistic idea of what to expect, and provide care in a compassionate, un-obtrusive way. I can't express enough how great it is to have a caring nurse come to your home, do the tasks that may be awkward for your to perform on a family member, and not disrupt your time together.

Obviously it may be cost-prohibitive at home if your father wants aggressive treatment that requires constant, intensive care, but if heroic measures are out, take him home and make him comfortable.

I wanted to sell them on EBay as collectors items and not for the contents inside. I think there are still rules against selling the bottles unless they are empty.
I don't really drink and just want to get rid of junk. I hate clutter so I would sell them for a low price.

if you are serious about selling then your best bet would be to post them up on ebay. while temp is really important to collectors, you will probably find people on ebay interested in buying that wouldnt question how they were stored.

fyi the dom p 1980 and georges de latour 97 is selling for about $300 and $100 respectively.

ya ebay is a good place. if you search it you will find similar products for sale. i just bought some dom p andy warhol and ace of spades champagne on there with no issues and not empty. i think that to sell non empty you just have to agree to some waver.

Thanks for the info.. I've been looking into the bay to sell the bottles.. They are still sealed, and I think those sellers have a liquor license.
