2005 Araujo Cabernet Eisele Estate
Enjoyed a bottle last night with a friend. Amazing bottle of wine. Easily one of the best bottles I have ever enjoyed.
On the nose the wine was soft with perfect amounts of blackberry, currants and a touch of spice.
The most striking thing you immediately notice is the wine's perfect balance, silky smoothness and seamless lasting finish. This wine is a perfect symphony of dark fruits, spice, light oak all woven into a velvety complex chorus.
Don't miss the opportunity to try this near perfect example of a modern Cabernet.Chris
