Champagne
Can anybody tell me how to properly store a bottle of champagne. I received a bottle of Dom 1990, and saving it for a special occasion.

Store it the same way you would store wine. If you don't have a temperature controlled environment at the "ideal" 55 degrees F & 55% humidity, then you should keep it in a cool, dry, dark place.
When I'm not here, I'm slinging IT infrastructure or gone golfing

Also just to note.. if you got yourself any Vintage 1990.. KEEP IT.. will be worth a fair chunk of cash in years to come. 1990 specifically was the best crop in recent years
(i used to work in fine wine shops in Ascot/Gerrards Cross in the UK for 4 years)
Will be amazing

Most important is CONSTANT temperature - 55 degrees is ideal, but even 68 is fine as long as it is constant. Variations in temperature will contribute to aging or flaws in a wine - if it gets too hot, it will just cook the wine. Nothing over 75 for very long, ever.
