Brian Benson Cellars
I would say this is my best find from my Paso Robles adventure was my find of the Brian Benson Cellars (http://www.brianbensoncellars.com/index.php ). This kid, I will call him, is only 25 years old making some excellent wines. He has a 100% Cabernet that worth a try, excellent.
This guy would really fit into the L4P he's into custom American hot rod cars make sure you check out his website.
He does some special bottles that are pin striped in the Von Dutch and Ed "Big Daddy" Roth style. He has some relationship with the owner of the copyright for Big Daddy "Rat Fink and "Flying Eyeball" from Von Dutch. Very cool for me since I got to meet Von Dutch in the early 70's when he was doing a friends 69 Camaro 302!

Todd of all the places I visited I think you would enjoy this one the most, I really think you should make the time to stop in and visit with this kid! Some really great wines he's making!
