    Pictures of the wine cellar in construction. Yes, we are doing a lot of building at the Manion house.
    The Cellar will be cedar paneled with a used oak plank ceiling with exposed beams (as you can see).

    You may want to use a foil wrapped insulator - they come in solid sticks and can be shaved to the size you want - they are water/moisture resistant. Thereafter and prior to rocking, use Tyvec or similar to seal everything. You will want to use greenboard for the sheet rock and then apply your cedar/clear redwood. The system is used in many high-end installations without issue. Best of luck and keep the pics coming!

    mine is more a closet than a cellar...

    it's under this staircase, holds about 400-350- bottles i would guess
