Never had or seen Papillion . . .
I see and have Prisoner everywhere . . .
Very nice for a "cab". Not a big cab fan but this is nice right off the truck . . .
Don't know how well it ages, I've never given it a chance . . .

More of a Merlot(Leonetti), Pinot Noir guy. North (West) Coast . . .
And Champagne . . .Last edited by Jeff - boscoj; 12-22-2008 at 02:41 AM.

If you like Prisoner or Papillon, you should try the Beau Vigne label in that family. Same vintner, but the Beau Vigne is like a more grownup/mature version of Prisoner. The "syrupyness" is toned down but still there, so the complexity is higher and it's better suited for cellaring.

Where are you located? Winezap will give you a bunch of different online and B&M retailers.
I'm lucky that I have two K&L Wine locations close to me. They have a pretty comprehensive selection of just about everything: K&L Wine Merchants - Thousands of rare and collectable wines including French wines, Italian wines, California wines, old and rare, red wines, white wines, fine wines, wine clubs... the most comprehensive list of wines online.
