where to get fully custom made wheels?
where would i go to get custom made wheels (my own design)? any companys?

The type of wheel will determine where to start. The simplest option for you will be a 3 piece forged wheel, tons of companies making those.
Be prepared to pay, especially if you want them to never use the design for anyone else.
