Do clock wheels exist?

So I was taking a shortcut through the local ghetto a few days ago when I got to thinking about Flava Flav and all his clocks and such, and all the rappers with their gigantic blingy watches.

What if there were rims, that were also functional clocks? Have they ever been made? I can see it now. ADV.1 ClockWerk.

I even made a picture for you guys to illustrate this genius idea:

I don't think ADV.1 is ready to destroy all the goodness they have created by making Clock Wheels.
