The Beverly Hills "triangle" and the Sunset Plaza will be your best bet for a car the likes of a Bugatti. If you don't care about the thrill factor and the feeling you get when you randomly come upon it, O'Gara Coach on Olympic Blvd.-AKA Bugatti Beverly Hills-usually has at least one Bug laying around.

Head over there at lunchtime on the weekend (if you can) for the most success. All this being said, this IS Los Angeles, so keep your head on a swivel, because the cars and their owners come out on their own time, if you understand...

    Good luck!

Definitely visit Rodeo and Sunset plaza and since you will be nearby, stop by our facilities. We usually have a few exotics being worked on!

Stand on PCH outside of Malibu Inn across from the pier and you'll see every car you can think of drive-by through out the whole day. As for seeing ones parked, the other guys are right on the money with there replys.
