Hey there, the condo is amazing! Here is the website: Plant 51 | Welcome - What is neat about the place is it is in the heart of downtown san jose in a big old brick factory building that they gutted and converted into a huge condo community that is all super modern/contemporary styled on the inside. At the age of 24 they said I am the youngest home owner that lives here but I'd guess the average age of people that live here are late 20's to late 30's. Of course you have 40-50 year olds and retirees but I'd say majority is that late 20 to late 30's crowd. As for the condo itself, they are just finishing building them this year and there is a total of 270 condos. They are about 75% all sold out. The layouts range from 2 Bedroom Flats, 2 level lofts, 3 level lofts, and 1 & 2 Bedroom Townhouses. It is also in a great location right next to a park, along with 2min walking distance from the nhl team Sharks stadium where concerts and other events are also held. And it is a great investment property because the area is really developing, economy is starting to pick back up, and they are surveying the land a couple blocks over to potentially build the new A's baseball stadium.

Hey Taxman and Welcome to Cali!

Those pics of the trip are very nice and the condo website looks amazing.

Santana Row has been busy and dead because of the construction, but we may end up having it north in San Mateo. People show up anywhere between 9:30am and 11pm with everyone leaving around noon (when people eventually filled up the parking lot to shop).
