Went to SR today and they are have roped off over 50% of the lot we've been meeting at. They are beginning the construction of a tiered garage structure.

Cars came but most left due to the lack of space and/or average daily mini vans and such parking near or in between the "regular" group.

There is a parking lot adjacent to where we normally meet but add about a 30 seconds more to walk to Peets or Starbucks. Personally, I know RAW had mentioned changing venues and I'm up for that. I was thinking of the Town and Country Center in Palo Alto (Embarcadero Rd./El Camino Real.) That or Stanford Shopping Center but I think getting coffee there is tougher.

In any event, until someone *cough, cough* raw *cough, cough* makes that more official, I guess we'll be parking on the East Side as it were.

There's a wide open parking lot here in San Mateo with a starbucks that opens at about 6am I think.

Bridgepointe plaza (right at the base of the San Mateo Bridge on the SM side). There's about 800 empty parking spots until about noonish.

There's a big annual NSX meet that has over 100 cars and they have plenty of parking every year.
