Awesome post.
Would be great to have in the Business Section where it seems many of the people up there need some motivation.

I completely agree with you. But another thing that is important that I have also learned is that you also have to be happy with what you are doing. Something where you can actually say you truly enjoy doing what you do. I think this is pretty crucial.
