I just got back last week...all good tips above...problem is deciding where to go in a limited time
Never put up with something high maintenance, unless it's high performance.

Everyone has a different opinion of Vegas. I went expecting a fun time an had a great one. (although I did caravan in with 200+BMW's Mfest)
Try to keep the drink count the first night low and weigh your options. The 2nd night go all out and try to make your way back to your hotel room as best as possible.

if you want to go see a good show check out Zumanity at NY NY, adult theme cirque de soliel and it was great!
Blue man group was pretty good also... so was "O" at Bellagio....

I would suggest doing bottle service at Pure at caesars palace, I was there for nye and it was a blast.

where will you be staying? the 28th is a thursday, how long are you staying? rehab starts april 17th so you should definitely check that out if you have never been. then head over to marquee at night. take a limo to rhino so you can get in for free as well as getting the ride there for free.
I do not think anything too crazy is going on that weekend (concert or appearances).
