^with a base of pre-recs, it is only one, often two more classes to get a degree in a seperate facet of business.
A world where medical advances allow us to live forever is a terrifying thought...

No, I know that. What I mean is that you're lucky to find a college who has a focus in Finance alone. USC has like 5 different degrees under the "Business Administration: Finance" field. Where as Berkeley, SCU, and others that I've looked at, only have "Finance

I dunno what's happening in this thread as I only read the first page, but I think any private schools has a great alumni connection. Depending on how big your school is, it might only be regionally, but I graduated from a small private college in may and the surrounding cities really love a graduate from that school. I remember running into alums when I was still a student and the paid for all our drinks the whole night at the bar and invited us to sit VIP at a bball game.

You might want to also look at pepperdine and santa clara for private schools

actually, Berkeley's undergrad is a strate Bus. Admin degree. You can use your elective spaces to take finance classes but it's still a bus. admin degree. Nice to see that we're ranked 2nd tho, jeezus rankings have changed in the last 4 years.

love this thread. just read through it, made me laugh a lot.

did undergrad at usc and now a grad at cal. my brother just grad from stanford gsb this summer (he went to usc with me). my mother and father also went to usc ugrad.

being an alum of usc, i would ofcourse say go to usc if you can get in. :-) usc is at a different level than lbsu. campus is not that dangerous, unless you are an idiot. my cousin just grad with business undergrad last summer without any incidents other than his own lol. girls are better looking at usc hahaha. enjoy.

needless to say that i did not work as hard as i should have during my ugrad but all is well. :-)
