so now that there are just a bunch of crap house for the same price as newly built places in the chino hills/corona areas, I am contemplating the move out there again!
I really dont know what to do. I am traveling upwards of an hour already for a lot of my detail work lately (dove canyon, monrovia, glendora, el monte, etc) so I am not afraid to commute (just an earlier start time)
I mean 2100sqft house on 8000 lot, for 300-350K built within 5-10 years with a pool is pretty enticing!
Thoughts???????Vehicle reconditioning and paint correction detailing, window tinting, PDR, ECU tuning
Orange County, LA county, Sand Diego county

Do it its chill up here. Not many places to go out but if that doesn't bother you then its a cool place to live. Maybe coi will chime in he lives here too or who ever else does.
Just dont move to riverside. As for chino hills look for stuff in the 91709 zip code and for corona 92881 is nice. Some areas of 92883 and 92882 also. Let me know if you got more questions-09 MBZ c63

Move to CHino HIlls ( rated top 5 safest cities) - or Diamond Bar ( ZERO nightlife rule super quiet). A bit more but worth it...stay off the 91 will save tons of time. well 57 isnt much better...
