Not a car, but I saw this beauty at lunch today at Strawberry Village shopping plaza in Mill Valley parked outside Pizza Antica. It's a bit hard to see in either photo, but top "bodywork" under the windscreen down to the headlights, and back all the way to the mufflers is naked carbon fiber. The mufflers themselves are also wrapped/covered in CF.

CLK 63 BS today in San Carlos. the noise this thing makes even at low speed/rpm is HEAVENLY
