Need roommate for Huge beach house on PCH - Steps from Sand/Main St*
Young wealthy Ferrari owning professional and his German Shepherd are seeking a roommate to be able to afford a $4350. month house on PCH in HB.
House is 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2600sq ft. I will be covering 2350 a month and need someone who can afford the balance plus utilities.
I'm a straight 30 year old young professional, who is moving back to the area from San Diego. Picture is me, and one of the house... you get the idea! It's one of the nicest houses in HB, never lived in.
No drugs, no crazy parties, but do enjoy the beach lifestyle and bottles of wime!
Im and avid runner, and work a regular 9-5p as a consultant. Female or Male, Gay or Straight, I don't judge!
Im not opposed to looking in other OC beach areas too...
