Has a clean look to it. Reminds me of the 312 but GMT'd.

That is EXACTLY what the 320 is. It is a 312 with an extra 24 hour hand and a GMT movement. Keeps the same clean lines unlike many GMT's which are busier.

P9001 has seconds reset and power reserve on the back as well as the GMT function. Personally, I like the P9001 over the P9000 movement because of those differences.
