So I looked up the word Omega, definition/pronounciation and they also say it...O-mee-ga
These guys talk about it as well in this thread....

^ Yup, that's the interview with Stephen Urquhart I remember watching.
And several posters in that WUS thread make a pretty valid point: With Omega's financial interest in Casino Royale, the way Daniel Craig pronounced it is more than likely the way Omega wanted their brand name pronounced.- Andrew

An automatic watch is a watch that automatically winds as you wear it due to the movement of penulums, weights, etc.
They will run for a bit after you take them off,.. some of mine will run up to 2 days (this is what is referred to as Power Reserve).
If you do not wear it regularly, just wind it for 25-50 times or so every couple of days and you should be fine. Don;t worry about over-winding it,.. there are slip gears in place that prevent that.

My most cherished possession is an OLD 10K Tissot auto. Nice watch. Not waterproof....so my use of it is limited....
