    Default Interesting Panerai issue

For christmas I had bought my girlfriend a PAM 0113 M series, taught her how to wind it and she has been wearing it since. I was changing straps for her this morning and noticed the second hand is....sketchy. Its jitters around stopping and continuing. I don't think its losing time, well at least by the minutes.

Is this a simple whooops fix or do i need to send it in?
East bound and down, loaded up and truckin',
we're gonna do what they say can't be done.

Given that it is just an ETA movement any reputable watchmaker should be able to fix it... but if it is still under warranty I would just send it to the Panerai service center.
