been thinking about picking up the Rolex Deep Sea...
any insight, comments or concerns. it aint the cheapest watch out there...

amazing watch and a classic, will hold its value generally speaking and a timeless design.... 44mm is perfect size. Just a great watch and I maybe picking up one soon.

Seems to me that most people that own the Deep Sea love it. If you like it, go for it!

The deep sea with PVD coating is also a great choice Watchuwant.com usually has one or two floating around. I would suggest trying the deep sea on before pulling the trigger bc they are pretty darn heavy for a 44mm. GL

weight is the only downside. seamaster is a lot lighter. not many people actually need a sea dweller. the bigger face is nice though. lack of cyclops is nice.

I think it's a great piece. It's really thick though and the bracelet tapers really thin. but if your able to get one, go for it!

weight and tapered bracelet are not that big of a deal to me. the thickness might be. it would be tight with a dress shirt.
