Default Bvlgari Diagono calibro 303 questions!

I met a guy who posted a Bvlgari Diagono calibro 303 for sale on CL. Asking price is $4,000 cash. watch is in mint condition. It came with box and papers. And a certified paper by an unknown jeweler. Everything looks good, it is automatic judging from the hand movement. Only thing that's fishy is that the back of the watch is not see through crystal, but SS case.
I have never seen 303 with a SS back. Does anyone know if Bvlgari has ever made calibro 303 with SS back?
    Thanks!
Here is a random picture of the 303

Not too sure on your question but that is a beautiful watch!

my shop is a service center for bvlgari in hawaii. i know certain diagonos do have solid backs but not sure about the 303 exactly. but from the sound of it if you only seen genuine 303s with exhibition backs then its more than likely a fake. i can ask one of the bvlgari sales and service to look it up if you want. you can PM me and i'll try to help you on it when i get a chance.

The 303 is heavily replicated, just google "bvlgari 303 replica" and see all those nasty little creatures. I would never buy off of CL personally and everywhere I looked it has exhibition case back. The lines in the photo of the back don't even look symmetrical. Here's a vid of a replica 303:

Thanks alot! My main concern is that Bvlgari has never published a 303 with solid back.
And if that is the case then this is def a fake watch.

In the video it seems like a quartz movement, but the one I saw was an automatic.
Do they make replica in automatic moment as well?

CL is OK if you are extra careful. I bought a authentic Santos 100 off CL. It was a very good deal.

I have a Bvlgari quartz watch, but almost every other one I've seen in the boutique is an automatic. I'd call a boutique to be sure. The Atlanta store's number is (404) 869-9002. Ask for Hendrix, if he's available. He's awesome and knows his stuff.
