PVD Colors?
I keep thinking with all the colors out there that can be done with PVD. Surely there is some that would look good on a watch besides the typical black, gun metal, rosegold, etc.
Do you have any suggestions? Perhaps a combinations of colors on one watch?
You can get finishes such as rainbow, chrome, brass, nickle, copper, and bronze (which some are doing or thinking of doing. Not sure how popular that will be.) in pvd.
What about a very dark blue? Your thoughts?

It wasn't PVD, I don't think, but I was looking at Watch Time this weekend and saw an ad for I think Tissot that was advertising a watch with a blue case. Looked almost like it was anodized. It still looked metallic, but was a pretty sweet cobalt blue. Can't find any pictures of it though.

Anyone know about the rainbow like finish they do on guns? Could look cool on the right watch?

dark blue and bronze would be big hits.... always wanted to bronze coat a base panerai.... thought about it 3 years ago but never had the gall to do it.

I would love to see a chameleon effect on a watch, but I'm not sure which one.
