Ladies and Gents,

I'm in the market for a new PAM 111, here in Toronto the one store is quoting me $6200 before our ridiculous 13% tax.

Any of you watch people know the cost in the US? I'm not adverse to flying down to NYC or better to scoop one if its worth it.

Do you insist on buying new from an AD? If not, they can be had on the gray market for in the 4,5 range. Retail in US is 6200, IIRC.

Well it's not "new" per say but easily can qualify as new. Majority of the time you still get a warranty.

Yup. Depends on the date of the original sale which is usually stamped on the papers. So... you tend to get the remaining warranty, if still in tact. But that's a very basic movement and easily worked on by watch makers.

I want to pick one of these up when I am over in Hawaii in March too.
Can any of the sponsors hook me up grey and ship to my hotel? Fear?

Thanks for the help, I'm looking through a few chanels now - from what I understand, calling in a favor can get the watch for 'cost' which should be about 30% less. Does that sound right?
