Hi,

Assuming both watches are in the same physical condition (mint) how much more would you pay for M series (2007) vs V series (2008)?

Has there been any physical changes or upgrades from 2007-present?

Probably not because I believe 06 was the first year of production, that's when I got mine. As far as I know the only change was in the Z-M serials. Most of the M's came with a card instead of the paper. Some M's still came with the paper depending on how close they were to the start of production. Get the cheapest one since you are buying used. Don't get worry to much about series unless you intend to flip the watch.
