HELP!!! Woman's blue dial watch needed

Friends and contrymen, gave the fiancee a blue sapphire ring after popping the question and now her watch needs updating to match. looking for something with a blue face, preferably a woman's watch, as her wrist is tiny.....all help greatly appreciated....

This is a man's model, but I think measures 36 mm. Would be perfect.

The DJ does come with a SS bracelet as well as the smaller (28 or 29 mm) size piece with blue dial. Could even get diamond bezel accents.
