Thread: HELP!!! Woman's blue dial watch needed

That picture does not do justice. My cousin has it and it's stunning in person. Very elegant.

More details would really narrow down the range here. Some ladies like smaller, petite sized watches. Others like ones closer to men's sizes (even if they have tiny wrists). Budget has already been mentioned, as well.
