    Alright. The perpetual movement is the biggest indicator. But a skilled jewler must go open it up to check. Im sure some high end watch stores wouldnt mind to do that for you. Also i know a real Rolex should come in a green box and some form of certificate. see what you can find from this woman.

    Perpetual movements USED to determine a fake from a real HOWEVER automatic movements are a dime a dozen now and can easily replicate the movement.
