    Sorry to hear about your experience, that truly is last rate service. Please let us know what happens, the more we can learn as a community on dealing with different companies helps all of us.

    If you have not done this yet. I really would contact the brand and report this dealer. Clearly they are doing a lousy job representing the brand.

    again, it is not my point to single out the dealer, but to see if anyone else has experienced this wonderful service. i am still young to this watch game and didn't know what to expect. i was brought up not to disrespect my elders, but i was also brought up not to be toyed with. i am going through with the order, since i've already waited 2 months and have already wired the full payment, but will most definitely be having a conversation with the owner. but i must say, thank you all for your support!

    I hope you don't feel that way! I was brought up to respect my elders as well but there is a line. Your a paying customer your not asking them for any favors & I'm damn sure they are not doing it for free. Your money your voice! I think its a big issue when people just walk away and don't have anything to say about bad service. It needs to be addressed!

    I very much agree. I would sure hate to have someone else go through this same thing if this had happened to me. Especially a fellow forum member.
