New Chotovelli and Need Help Deciding on 213 or 288 PAM

Now the question is which to get. The wife and I looked at them yesterday when we were shopping. I know September 1st prices go up 7%, so there is an immediate investment. But what do you guys in the know, well know? Suggestion, pros, cons are all appreciated.

The new Chotovelli TS7000 w/ 47mm face

213 is overpriced for what it is and can be had used in the 9's, 212 is the non rattrepante version (same exact watch minus a pusher, minus a hand, and minus rattrepante function (2 timers) and can be had in low 8's
i love radiomirs but not a fan of the 288.. a radiomir should not be a chrono or rattre at all to me..
price increase doesnt matter anyways, used market always takes 1-2 months to follow the msrp increase... new market it matters but the 213 bought new is like giving a hobo $4,500 without the write off...
i bought a brand new 212 for a little over half the msrp of the 213... and its a sick nasty watch, getting PVD coated right now.. i barely ever use a chrono so a rattre is way overkill

Personally if it was me between the two I would go with the 213. The 1950 label has some "umph" behind it already. That said however, neither is a classic PAM in the true sense. Chrono's are nice, but they just aren't "PAM". If you want a piece that will appreciate with time, I would go with one of the classic Radiomir's or PAM Base models. Pre V if you can find a nice one. Just my .02.

I have a 212 and love it. Although I really like the 288. The 213 to me is closer to a classic Panerai. 1950 case. Exhibition back. The case looks a bit stouter.
The 288 is dressier. I like a Radiomir, but I think I would prefer it in a non-chrono.
Here are both watches at substantially less. I have purchased two watches from him, so buy with confidence.

My opinion on the matter...
Since I pretty much know absolutely NOTHING about pricing and resale and the watches themselves, I will give my opinion on looks alone.
Other than the 127/217, the 212 was my favorite PAM at one time. I now have a new favorite which is half the price of the others. PAM233!!

Nice, looks like you have rather small wrists and that is a good size!
Now I just have to decide which one I want!!! There are 2-3 that I really like, but I think I am going to stick with a basic black/white dial instead of throwing red in the mix. Need something more universal that will work with everything.

the Chotovelli is a great lookin' watch for the price! Love the fact that it has a 47mm case... gotta love the larger case!
i was also lookin' around and saw Chotovelli's with up to like 53mm cases! insanity.
