Owners: Tungsten Carbide watches
Hi, I'm looking for a beater to wear working on things around the house, car, etc.
Anybody with a tungsten cased watch want to comment on their durability?
Thanks!Last edited by UCrazyKid; 05-18-2010 at 06:53 PM.

I have the Lum-Tec M8. What an awesome watch.
I can't speak for it's durability because I haven't done anything "rough" with it yet
But it's Tungsten, I can't imagine you can harm it doing daily activities.Taylor A. Maneri

I've been wearing a LumTec tungsten for a couple of weeks now and have worked on a car with it, done some yard work, and worn it daily. No scratches and it is a polished finish.

The tungsten carbide case polish is permanent. If you wish to scratch it, get a diamond grinding wheel. Good luck otherwise!!! Awesome stuff.
Please do not PM!! I cannot respond fast enough. Email me instead to info@lum-tec.com for product questions or Bes@lum-tec.com for sales or order inquiries.

I plan on scratching my car with it when my M25 comes around. :P
