Not a fair comparison IMO. Many of the Cobras out there match or exceed the performance of the original for a fraction of the cost. Paying homage to the design by replicating it with newer and better technology is very different than offering a cheap knock off.

Now if you said something about putting a Ferrari or Lambo body on a Fiero chassis I'd be with you 100%.

Also superperformance cobras are officially licensed by Shelby to replicate the original design
