    Default Everyone welcome The Gort

    Everyone give a shout to my buddy. We went to school together and then were in the same unit and deployed together to Iraq back in 2007. He's been lurking for a bit but has been busy back overseas leading an Infantry Company hunting down and waxing the last few bad guys in Iraq . This guy makes me look like Little Miss Muffet, and a few of you are fortunate to know I am basically a 1 2/3 legged Jack Bauer so that says a lot.

    I got the watch bug to bite him a tiny bit, and right now he is either looking to reserve a new B10 (I vote to bump him up to number one on the list) or pick up an old B series. The B10 is ideal due to it being a 24-hour watch, and it could be a daily wearer while on patrol (I mean, a few pictures of him doing that should be worth 5 Lum-Tecs in advertising! )

    Welcome...and thanks for putting your life on the line every second of every day to keep up here in the US safe! While the POS working in the white house may not have respect for the job the miltary does, a lot of us do.

    Come on guys, this is a pretty weak welcome for a guy who is busting his ass everyday so you can live yours without worrying about your kids being drafted or being assigned a job based on a scantron test! Or even better so that you don not live in a place where the only watch you are allowed to wear is a crappy plastic quartz piece made by a state sponsored company!
