Cool LUM-TEC 1000M update. Prototype is done.

We have the first prototype done now but it is not made close enough to our CAD drawings so it needs much refinement. The good news is it holds all of 125 BAR without a hint of trouble so all we have to do is make another mold and we are home free. I am not sure this will make 2010 production. I am thinking to hold out a bit longer and use the new Miyota 9015 movement to keep the price point lower. I love that new movement!! Word is it will be available in about 6 months. Lets see!! Meanwhile, here are prototype pics. The crown gaurd areas and lugs are just wrong. We have a very refined design and it was not followed closely Still does look cool as is so far. Lugs will be thicker and 24mm strap will be ammended from the current 26. The crowngaurds and caseback will be changed. The crowngaurds will look the same from the front, but different and more refined from the sides. Here are some quick pics so far:

Pretty neat kind of like the offset knobs
East bound and down, loaded up and truckin',
we're gonna do what they say can't be done.
