PVD model will be a good match for the strap you described.

Montana has the Graham, orange & black face.

8d is what he calls it. Its towards the end of his Italian leather straps section.

    I think it looks badass.

    Otherwise a U-BOAT 50mm PVD.

I'm happy to say (or should that be embarrassed to say) I've bought watches to go on straps too (my GF at the time thought I was nuts)

    If you're looking for an original PVD 44mm painted dial PAM your options are a 4 A-B, 9 A-B, 26 A-B, 28 A-B; all minimum 9K entry price....

You might want to consider buying a current production stainless steel Pam (0 or 5) and having it PVD'd, depends on your budget.

Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions

    Good luck

If PVD's are too expensive and all the early ones are--my beater 4A included. take a look at a TI model. One of those might work as well.

good luck--the search is always fun.

+1 or go 292 and have the toughness of ceramic.... 317 is going to be insane too but will have a price to match...
