Default First Pam 332 to hit the US

What a beauty. This Pam 332 is stunning to see in person. Congrats to the lucky 500 who ordered it. I was given the chance to check this out

This DLC treated 1950 cased watch uses the OP 18 or (XVIII) movement. The finish the watch seemed a little darker then my 26K however, it could just be the light or maybe I was just soo excited to see it. The lovely blue hand would look amazing on black strap with matching blue stitch (I believe Craig Marcus did this before on one of his watches). What are your guys thoughts on the watch?

    Best Regards,

    Verone

That, the 253 and 286 are some of the very few chronos (Panerai or otherwise) that I actually like. Definitely needs a black strap w/blue stitching.

I'm an owner of couple Panerai and love Panerai; however the new 2009 SEs are not all that appealing to me except 317. The 322 is just a 286 with DLC case. Also I don't understand why Panerai is reissuing the previous PVD models such as 26 and 28. Sure the original 26 and 28 have had high demands in used market. Re-edtions will make these watches more affordable, but wouldn't it mess up the value of these watches (both original and re-edition) Kinda reminds me of original Nike Air Jordan and re-edtion Air Jordan, the re-edition ones eventually made Air Jordan less valuable especially the original ones.
