Default PAM 249 on small wrists?

I picked up a 233 this week and now the Panerai bug has bitten me (and soon my wallet). I found a nice deal on a BNIB 249 and I know a few on here have 249s, will this 47mm watch look OK on smaller wrists? I have about a 7.25" girly wrist. I know the B&R 46mms look like I'm wearing a Flavor Flav clock on my wrist, but will the 249 look better? Thanks.

I swear I'm done buying PAMs after this one. For at least 6 months.

The 47mm Rads wear MUCH smaller than the 47mm Luminors. My wrist is smaller than yours, and the 249 fits me perfect -- whereas I find the 47mm Luminors too big for my wrist.

Cheers, thanks Craig! This money was supposed to go towards new bedroom furniture, but toys are always better than furniture!

For me i think Case thickness has a lot to do with how is "wears"

    my 249 amd 292 feel A LOT smaller/lighter that the 193 or 217

MTK, I'd agree. The comparatively thinner case on the Rad made me think it would look OK, but 47mm is still a pretty good size. Now I just have to rationalize spending this much on watches in one week...

I have 217 and 249 myself. 249 fits more perfectly and comfortable. I do get a lot "the 217 is too big on your wrist" though. 47mm Luminors does wear larger, but I still rock it coz i love it so much.

It will look fine. My wrist is the same size/tad smaller than yours and the 44mm Pam 000 looks great on my wrist.
A world where medical advances allow us to live forever is a terrifying thought...
